Returns & Refunds

Because our products are consumable health supplements, all sales are final.

Damaged in transit

The one exception is visible shipping damage. If your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right. To qualify, please:

  • Photograph the visible damage upon delivery — including the packaging and the affected product(s).
  • Email the photos and your order number to jason@bioenergetika.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Once we've reviewed the photos, we'll arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged item(s).

Storage & care

Please store your products as directed on the label. If you ever have a question about something you've received, reach out — we're happy to help.
